My friend Michelle and I recently attended your half day cooking class on our trip to Chiang Mai. We had the most fabulous day, learning about the specific herbs and spices and methods used in thai cooking. The half day flew by in a blink and we met some lovely people on the course. Thank you for making the experience so wonderful for both of us and we will treasure the memories of our time at Asia Scenic. Already tried some of the recipes and they have been well received by the family, so thank you.

On January the 1st we went to the Farm for a full day of cooking. This was an excellent idea and I would hands down recommend the farm! We toured the acreage and saw how and what grew in a traditional setting. The kitchen was immaculate with lots of open air space. Gay was our teacher and she was fantastic! Articulate and had a sense of humour!!! This day stands out as one of the best events that we did during our travels throughout Thailand!

Had the most wonderful time at Asia Scenic on December 17th 2011 and it was by far one of the highlights of this Thailand vacation.
Anne was very nice and enthusiastic and we learned a ton from her ! Cant' wait to try all that again now that I'm at home. (I miss Thailand a LOT !)

Had an amazing time, learning how to cook some fantastic food and seeing where the ingrediants come from... will always remember this day!! Anne was also a brilliant teacher, very knowledgable and enthiusiastic. thank you! :)

Good to hear that you made it safe to London, Ben! I am back on the west coast of the US, and am definitely looking forward to sending Sarah her crab legs (just need to figure out some logistics first).
Sarah, thank you so much for the experience. I will truly never forget it. I hope to make it back to Chiang Mai soon. Will definitely recommend this class to anyone traveling to Thailand.

Home safe and sound and back to London lifestyle! I'm missing Thailand!
A huge thank-you for the experience a couple of weeks ago. I cooked some of the curries this week and salads for friends and it's fair to say they went down a storm!
Thanks Sarah for a great day. Lovely company, wonderful teacher and hopefully you get that frozen crab soon!
