Stir Fried Noodle in Chinese Style (Pad See uw) ผัดซีอิ๊ว

Tips : If you use dried noodle, please soak in cold water about 10 minutes and drain the water.

2 tbsp cooking oil
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp fish sauce
3 tsp oyster sauce
2 tsp dark soy sauce


2-3 pieces garlic-chopped
1 stalks kale / 4-5 pieces sliced carots 50 g chopped chicken
200 g wide rice noodle mixed with dark soy sauce 1 egg

1. Fry garlic in hot oil over low heat until fragrant. Add chicken . Cook about 1 minute. Then add kale and carrot at the same time.
2. Add egg, surgar, fish sauce, oyster sauce. Mix together after that turn the heat up. Then add noodles. Mix all together.
3. Serve with ground roasted, chili powder and lime.
