Fried Rice (Khaw Pad) ข้าวผัด

Tips : Cooked rice should be dried and cold.

2 tbsp cooking oil 1 tsb sugar
2 pinches salt
1 tsb sasame

4-5 pieces garlic - chopped 1 bowl steamed rice
50 g chopped chicken
baby corn, carrots – sliced
1 stalk spring onion - diced

1. Fry garlic in hot oil over low heat until fragrant. Add minced chicken. Cook about 1 minute.
2. Add vegetables, sugar, then add egg and turn the heat up.

3. Add steamed rice and mix all together then add spring onion and turn the heat off.
