STIR FRIED CHICKEN WITH CASHEW NUT

Serve : 1 - 2 persons
Duration : 7 minutes
Tips : For more flavor, fry cashew nut with a bit oil before the garlic.

Seasoning
2 tbsp cooking oil
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp fish sauce
3 tsp oyster sauce

Ingredients
2-3 pieces garlic – finely chopped
Baby corn, onion, ear mushroom – cut bite size
1 cup fresh cashew nuts
1 dried large red chili – sliced
1 stalk spring onion – cut into 1 inch. long pieces 50 g chopped chicken
 

Preparation
1. Heat the oil in the wok over high heat.
2. Add cashew nuts and dried red chili. Cook until light brown.
3. Remove from the heat. Add garlic and chicken , cook for 1 minute.
4. Then add all vegetable, except spring onion.
5. Add all seasoning and turn up the heat. Then cook for 1 more minute. Then turn the heat off add spring onion, cashew nuts and chili.
